Westwood High School recently welcomed representatives from Western Iowa Tech Community College, who visited with freshmen through seniors to highlight the many opportunities available while in high school and after graduation.
Students had the chance to learn about a variety of exciting career pathways and hands-on programs offered at WITCC, including Culinary Arts, Nursing, Police Science, and Construction. The visit gave students valuable insight into how they can start building skills for in-demand careers while continuing their education close to home.
