Throughout summer school, students have been earning and managing money while learning valuable life skills such as counting, budgeting, making purchases, communicating with others, problem-solving, and practicing positive social interactions. Our lemonade stand is a fun way for them to apply those skills in a real-world setting!

My husband and I live on a farm with our two dogs, where we raise Red Angus and Scottish Highland Cattle along with row crops. In our spare time, we love to travel the world and have been to 20 countries with our most recent trip being to China. We are thrilled to share that work has officially begun on some major, highly anticipated upgrades to our elementary playground! This exciting project means we are clearing out the old to make way for the brand-new, modern playground equipment our students have been dreaming of.
🚧 Safety First!
To keep all our students and community members safe while the construction team works their magic, the elementary playground will be completely closed and off-limits until further notice. We kindly ask that families help us reinforce this rule with their children—we know it’s hard to wait, but the payoff will be worth it!
Looking Ahead
We truly appreciate your patience and shared excitement as we build an incredible, updated play space for our students. We will reach out the absolute moment the project is complete and the playground is officially ready for action!
